Critical Hit Engraving is a small but mighty laser engraving shop based in Scappoose, Oregon, run by a family of three humans and one extremely important cat named Grizzy. We believe the best engraving work has a little personality baked into it, whether that means a perfectly timed movie quote, a nostalgic nod to the 80s or 90s, or something so dumb and specific it makes exactly the right person laugh. Our shop was built around the idea that custom doesn’t have to be stiff or serious to be high quality.

We specialize in nerdy, geeky, and joyfully unserious engravings—games, memes, pop culture references, inside jokes, and things that make people say “this is so me.” From tumblers and wallets to keychains and keepsakes, we focus on clean engraves, thoughtful design, and having fun with the process. If it sparks nostalgia, rolls a critical hit, or just makes you smile for no logical reason, you’re speaking our language. Grizzy mostly supervises, but the rest of us are here to make cool stuff you’ll actually want to keep.
